01Disconnect in your portal

Use this if you connected your page yourself with Facebook Login.

1. Sign in to Richie, our platform, at richie.so. Its earlier addresses, scaler.gg and app.creatorscalers.com, still work.
2. Open Connections.
3. Press Disconnect next to the page, then Disconnect again when we ask if you want us to stop reading it.

We delete the page's access key straight away, and stop reading the page within 5 minutes. If one of our scheduled jobs has already started when you disconnect, it finishes its run with the copy of the key it started with, then stops. The data we already pulled, such as posts, numbers and comments, stays in your portal until you ask us to delete it (see below).

02Remove our app in Facebook

You can also do this from Facebook, without signing in to our portal.

1. In Facebook, open Settings & privacy, then Settings.
2. Open Business integrations. On some accounts it's called Apps and websites.
3. Find Creator Scalers and remove it.

Facebook tells us you removed the app, and we delete the access keys for every page you connected with Facebook Login. Those pages then show as needing to be reconnected in your portal. As with Disconnect, we stop reading them within 5 minutes, apart from a scheduled job that has already started, and the data we already pulled stays until you ask us to delete it.

03Ask us to delete everything

Email admin@creatorscalers.com from the email address you use with us, and tell us which page or account it's about. We check the request comes from you, then delete:

• your page data: posts, numbers, earnings, comments and the notes AI made about your videos;
• what we know about you as a creator: facts, call and staff notes, your Do's and Don'ts, content plan and summary, including the copy kept in Supermemory;
• files you sent us;
• your portal access and your email address;
• any page access keys we still hold.

We finish within 30 days and email you when it's done. This deletes our copy only. It doesn't change anything on your Facebook page. We may keep records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices and agreements.

If you'd rather we delete only part of your data, say which part in your email.

04Pages connected through partner access

If our team connected your page through Meta Business Suite, it has no Disconnect button in your portal. Remove Creator Scalers as a partner on the page in Meta Business Suite, or email admin@creatorscalers.com and we'll remove our access for you. To have the data deleted as well, ask for that in the same email.
